Pulsar Marketing seeks an online advertising Business Development Manager (also classified as an Affiliate Advertising Sales Manager, Advertising Account Manager and Affiliate Manager).
The Business Development Manager will perform Affiliate Advertising Sales and Account Manager duties on a commission plus renewal bonus structure.
SUMMARY:
The ideal candidate will have online marketing experience, will be energetic, a self-starter and goal-oriented. Excellent written and communication skills required. Existing advertiser contacts and media relationships are preferred but not required. The Individual must have strong negotiating skills and be capable of structuring CPM, CPC and CPA deals or a hybrid thereof.
Affiliate Advertising Sales Manager:
Developing and expanding business relationships with U.S. domestic companies seeking online advertising, lead generation, and new customer acquisitions. Day to day operations include making contact with key business developers and advertising personnel, negotiating contracts and advertising commissions.
Advertising Account Manager:
Negotiating up-sales of expanded services and securing advertising account renewals.
Affiliate Manager:
Recruiting affiliates into one or more Pulsar Marketing network.
COMPENSATION:
Compensation primarily consists of performance based commissions;
- Primary Compensation: 5% of all advertising fees paid network-wide by advertisers in your Account Manager portfolio. This 5% is a recurring, residual commission paid out monthly.
- Bonus #1: $100 cash bonus for each newly activated advertiser account, regardless of deposit amount and activity.
- Bonus #2: $500 cash bonus for each advertiser account which exceeds $5,000 in advertising fees.
- Bonus #4: Up to a $100.00 cash bonus and 5% of all commissions earned by affiliates you recruit. This 5% is also a recurring, residual commission. With eight performance-based affiliate networks, we have a network for any and all affiliates, regardless of their countries of residency and the type of websites they own.

- With all of Pulsar Marketing's different affiliate networks at your disposal, we make it easy for you to recruit affiliates and to earn a percentage of the commissions they generate. You can also negotiate for advertisers to include a Pulsar Marketing affiliate registration link (with your ID tag) onto their websites, and/or you can recruit affiliates through other mediums such as search and email marketing.
