Using our links in Paid Search Engine placement/bidding:
NOTE: For Paid Link Placements, do not bid on nor include copyrighted terms such as "CreditFederal.com", "Visa", and "MasterCard" in your paid ad. When using copyrighted words on your website, include the copyright tag.

Some search engines may not permit affiliate link URLs. For those that do, you can easily obtain the "hyperlink" URL through your affiliate control panel. Click on the "Campaigns" link at the top of your affiliate control panel. On the next page, click on "View All" from the menu on the left. Select the campaign you desire, and click on "details". Choose a banner or text link by clicking on "subscribe". The next page will show you a search engine URL, as well as banner/text link codes. Simply use the search engine link as the link for the search engine to send traffic to, and use Text Link words for your ad description.

Search engine bidding/placement is entirely at your financial risk. Refer to the terms of each campaign for details on how/when you will be rewarded a commission. If the payout is "per lead" or "per sale", you earn a commission when visitors click-through from the search engine and submit valid applications at client websites. We do not reward 'per-click' commissions unless such is explicitly written on a campaign's details.

Statistical Reporting
How clicks, leads and sales are reported:

Clicks: All clicks/page views are tracked live and instantly without delay. Our software reports clicks to the Landing Pages, as well as clicks on each specific offer. If; for example, you send a visitor to our Credit Card Landing Page, and the visitor clicks on a card offer, our statistics will report the click to the Landing Page, and will report the card offer click as well. Also, if the visitor views other commissionable pages, that clicks will likewise be reported in your statistics.

Clicks/Page Views are reported as "New" and "Repeat".
"New" - these are clicks/page views from unique visitors (not from the same IP address).
"Repeat" - these are clicks/page views from the same visitor (repeat IP address).

Leads: Lead reporting varies. Generally, leads are confirmed within 2 days, but could take up to 60 days for some offers.

Sales: Sale reporting varies. Generally, sales are confirmed within 2 days, but could take up to 60 days.

Our system also gives live reporting of Impressions, and is reported as "Impr un" and "Impr". Impressions are the 'display' of our links on your web site.
"Impr un" - these are impressions generated by unique visitors (not from the same IP address).
"Impr" - these are impressions generated by the same visitor via your web site.

Reversals: Invalid leads/sales will be reversed. Examples:
*Duplicate application from the same person.
*Non-qualified applicant, such as a non-US person applying for a loan that is only available to US citizens.
*Bogus information typed in the application.
*Non-live lead submission, or lead information entered by a person other than the named applicant.

Getting Paid
Payments are disbursed by the end of the month for the preceding month's commissions, provided the total amount is at least $10.00. If the amount is less than $10.00, the commissions will be carried forward to the following month(s) until the $10.00 minimum is obtained. Affiliates receive a mailed check payment from Pulsar Marketing Incorporated. In some select circumstances at our discretion, we may send payments via PayPal.

IMPORTANT: Be sure your address is correct on your affiliate info.

The requirements below are to ensure proper accounting of all funds in accordance with U.S. regulations, to ensure you receive your earned commissions, and to promote quality services by verifying affiliate identities.

* You must provide a valid Social Security/Federal Tax ID Number, and a signed W9 in order to receive commission payments.

When do I get Paid?

What Pages/Links do I get paid for?
You get paid for leads generated on any of the program landing pages, even those you don't directly link to! For example: If you link to the personal loan page and a consumer clicks on your link, but then the consumer decides to go to the credit card page instead and submits the card offer application, you would still earn that commission! Program landing pages are those with a URL in this format:

Below is a sample program landing page. The two purple boxes indicate all the pages which will track your clicks and leads for all programs on those pages, even for pages which you don't link to!

NOTE: There are two small text links (as shown in the red box above) on each affiliate landing page which go to areas of our site that do not award you with commissions. In the solid blue bar across the bottom of each page are two text links, one to our home page and the other to our privacy policy page. These textual links are very small and will likely be ignored by your visitors.

Getting Approved for Campaigns
When you "subscribe" to a particular section of Credit Federal, the next page will tell you if you were automatically approved or if your website must first be reviewed. If you subscribe to a section but get rejected, this may indicate that your web site content is not suitable for the particular offer, or the offer is already receiving large volumes of traffic, or perhaps the offer will soon expire.

Fraudulent Clicks/Leads, and Fraudulent Affiliate Referrals:
We do not permit incentive advertising of our programs. All clicks/leads must come directly from actual customers, and without reward (profit sharing, gifts or other incentives) to the customer.

Affiliates are not permitted to personally type applicant data into client applications.

Fraudulent clicks/leads, or "lead uploading", can and will be subject to account termination and forfeiture of any and all earned commissions.

Fraudulent affiliate referrals; including but not limited to, registering yourself or another member of your household as an affiliate for the purpose of generating a signup bonus and/or 2nd tier commissions, will result in account termination and forfeiture of any and all commissions.

Updating Your Information and Adding URLs
Ensure your Pay To information, address, site content and URLs are correct.

Login to your affiliate account, and click on the "Personal" link at the top left. More links will appear on the left to update "Payment", "Content", and "Info". If you change your Pay To information, be sure to make the changes to your "Info" section as well as to your "Payment" section. Also be sure you list all your URLs which you have our banners/links posted. When adding new URLs, separate each URL with a comma and no spaces. For example: mysite1.com,mysite2.com,mysite3.com

If you change your Pay-To information, before you can receive your next payout you will need to submit a new W9 with the updated information.

What Marketing is Forbidden? Is Email OK?
Affiliates may only use 'approved' marketing material. Affiliates may not alter, modify, nor create their own banners or textual links unless authorization is given from Pulsar Marketing Inc via written correspondence (or email), or if a campaign explicity states that such is permitted. Some words may require the copyright/trademark to appear next to them.

We do not allow offering web site visitors any incentives for clicking on links nor for applying for products/services.

Be sure you list all the web site URLs in your affiliate account in which you will be placing links to Credit Federal. The only exception is for search engine marketing. Otherwise, leads/sales generated via 'unassigned' URLs may not be credited.

If you perform Email marketing, you may only include our links in an email list you exclusively own, and which you exclusively obtained. You may not market our links via a 'rented' or 'purchased' email list. Additionally, your email subscription must require double opt-in confirmation, and provide subscribers with an immediate opt-out (not a waiting period for removal).

Prior to emailing our links to your subscriber list, you must:
*Send us a preview for our approval via our Contact/Support form in your affiliate control panel.
*Give us the URL of your subscription opt-in (where you obtain subscribers).

High traffic web site? If you have a high traffic web site (5,000 or more visitors per day), We can provide you with a subscription service for your visitors. Our subscription service has double opt-in, single opt-out, plus allows HTML and Text emails. For more information, use our support form available in your affiliate control panel.

Do I get paid for all campaigns on all program pages?
Yes, if you 'Subscribe' to each of our campaign landing pages, you can earn commissions for all offers listed on all those pages, even if you do not send traffic directly to those pages.

Affiliate Referral Program
You can also earn 5% 2nd tier commissions as well as an affiliate referral bonus! All Landing Pages contain an "Affiliate" link which automatically embeds your referral affiliate ID number. Hence, when affiliates register, they are tagged in your downline. For each approved affiliate, you earn a cash bonus plus 5% 2nd tier commissions for all their leads/sales (once the referred affiliate reaches a minimum of $50.00 in commissions). You may also promote our affiliate program solely without advertising our products and services. When you login to your affiliate control panel, click on the "Affiliates" link at the top, then choose the "Get referral links" option on the left-hand menu. You can use banners or textual links.

How Not to get Suspended:
We have the easiest requirements to earn revenue and to maintain an active affiliate account. By following our Terms and minimum account requirements, you can avoid suspension without remuneration. The more vital requirements are:

*Keep your account information (phone number, email address, URLs, etc) updated. We must be able to reach you by both phone and by email. If; for example, we send you an email and you fail to respond; either because the email address was bogus, or is one you rarely check, or you simply ignored our correspondence, your account may be terminated at our discretion. The same applies to attempted telephone contacts. We don't expect you to sit by your phone or to watch your email 24 hours a day, but we do expect you to respond to our concerns in an expeditious manner as time is of the essence in the internet marketing world. Subsequently, you can be assured of our equally expeditious responses to your concerns.

*Adhere to our terms: Do not violate copyrights, place our links only on approved websites, search engines and mailing lists. *Approved are those that meet our Terms (no racial, adult, etc content, no spamming and so forth). Also, do not manually submit leads you had collected through other means. All traffic must be live, direct from the applicant.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

TERMS AND CONDITIONS AGREEMENT The following Terms and Agreement, effective January, 2001, pertain to the relationship(s) between US, herein also referred to as "Pulsar Marketing Inc", and YOU, herein also referred to as "Affiliate". These Terms and Agreement shall remain in effect until such time as modified or amended by Pulsar Marketing Inc, and/or Affiliate cancellation pursuant to these Terms and Agreement. By submitting an application to become an Affiliate of Pulsar Marketing Inc, YOU certify that all information in YOUR Registration Form is true and correct and that YOU have read this Agreement, understand all Terms and conditions, and agree to be legally bound by them. "YOU" or "YOUR" means Affiliate. "Affiliate" means YOU, a person or entity placing OUR Advertiser advertisements on YOUR Website. "WE" or "OUR" or "US" means Pulsar Marketing Inc. "OUR site" means one or more of OUR network properties, and "YOUR site" means YOUR Web site or sites that YOU use to link to OUR Advertiser advertisement(s). "Advertiser" means any person or entity which utilizes Pulsar Marketing Inc to have a product or service advertised via OUR Affiliates and/or directly via a Pulsar Marketing Inc network property. "Program" means "Affiliate Program", which is any Pulsar Marketing Inc Advertiser advertisement that offers revenue potential for YOU when YOU generate activity pursuant to an Advertiser's marketing terms and conditions. WHY PULSAR MARKETING INC If YOU'RE approved into OUR network and choose to work with US, you'll soon discover what other Affiliates are enjoying... Pulsar Marketing Inc's six-plus year record of integrity and free Affiliate services (such as free hosted, co-brandable newsletter software, free credit websites, free domain hosting and debit cards to receive commissions faster). Access to OUR free services is limited. Typically, WE reject participation of websites that have, in OUR sole opinion, any controversial or unacceptable content such as, but not limited to, sites that promote, contain or link to: violence or hatred; criminal or illegal activities; sexually explicit material; discrimination based on race, color, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age; libelous, defamatory, disparaging, obscene, offensive or other content that WE deem inappropriate; material that infringes on trademark, copyright or patent rights of another party. YOU agree that such content is Not Permitted, now nor in the future, and is cause for immediate termination of this agreement and forfeiture of any and all moneys earned but not yet paid. INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR YOU and WE are independent contractors in this agreement. A party, and its agents and employees, are not partners, agents, representatives, joint venturers or employees of the other party. YOU have no authority to make or accept any offer on OUR behalf. YOU will not do or say anything to contradict this independent contractor relationship. OUR RESPONSIBILITIES WE agree to furnish YOU access to OUR Affiliate network property(s) and to provide you with OUR Advertiser link(s), based upon YOUR website's main content and OUR marketing needs. WE will provide YOU with all advertising banners, text or other appropriate icons to be linked to OUR site(s) or to the site(s) of OUR Advertisers. YOU may use YOUR own banners, icons or methods of delivering consumers to OUR site(s) only upon prior written approval by US. WE will maintain OUR site(s) on OUR server(s). WE retain the right to make changes to OUR site(s) as deemed necessary by US at OUR sole discretion and without any advance notice. PAY PER BASIS Pulsar Marketing Inc offers multiple revenue channels which may; or may not, include Pay Per Click, Pay Per Lead, Pay Per Sale, Pay Per Impression and Flat Daily Rates. To find out if a particular Affiliate program is Pay Per Click, Pay Per Lead, etc, refer to the respective program's description on the appropriate Affiliate network. This information is released only to active, approved Affiliates. PAYOUT RATES Affiliate payout rates; whether per click, per lead, flat daily rate, etc, vary according to the respective network and advertisement. Refer to the respective program's description on the appropriate Affiliate network. This information is released only to active, approved Affiliates. STATISTICAL REPORTING/TRACKING WE will provide statistical data for activity generated by YOU for which WE were able to track, record and log in good faith using OUR software. Regarding networks that track clicks, click reporting is live. Networks that track leads and sales typically have delayed reporting pending lead validation or completion of sales transaction respectively. The amount of delay is dependant upon the product, service and the client. Refer to each client advertiser's program description for details. COOKIE DURATION Pulsar Marketing Inc; for Affiliate networks and programs which rely upon Cookie tracking for determination of commissionable Affiliate activity, uses 24 hour Cookie durations. RECURRING COMMISSIONS As Pulsar Marketing Inc mainly promotes one-time applications/approvals for consumer credit products/services, there are no recurring commission structures unless otherwise specifically stated in a network's Affiliate program. COMMISSION LIFETIME Commissions are earned; and awarded, as they occur for the lifetime of each respective advertisement on a Pulsar Marketing Inc network(s). If; for example, an advertisement for "ABC123 Credit" is promoted on a Pulsar Marketing Inc network for 6 months and is then terminated although the "ABC123 Credit" company is till active, Pulsar Marketing Inc Affiliates can only earn commissions during the lifetime of the advertisement on the Pulsar Marketing Inc network(s). COMMISSION DISBURSEMENTS Affiliates are paid via a mailed check. For those Affiliates who consistently generate revenue month-to-month, WE offer a debit card so They can receive commissions faster. Non-US Affiliates are paid via PayPal. Commissions are distributed by the end of each month for the previous month's earnings, if the earnings total a minimum of $25. For balances below $25, the balance is carried forward month-to-month until the $25 minimum is reached. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES YOU agree to display OUR respective advertisement code(s) or link(s) on YOUR site(s) as provided to YOU by US. For copyright issues and other concerns, YOU must legally own the domain(s) which YOU place OUR Affiliate advertisements. YOU agree to follow any instructions or guidelines WE or OUR Advertisers dictate for using codes or links. YOU agree to cooperate fully with US to ensure codes and links are maintained and used according to OUR requirements as well as the marketing Terms and Conditions of each respective Client Advertiser. YOU will not alter, modify or expand any code or link, and will install it in the precise format provided to YOU by US. YOU will not attempt to conceal the results of OUR codes or links in any manner, including but not limited to; the use of background colors, overlapping graphics, font manipulation, resizing, frames pages or iframes without first receiving expressed written permission from US. YOU agree to not place OUR Client Advertiser links or codes onto any incentive-based website(s) unless placement on incentive-based websites is specifically authorized in writing by Pulsar Marketing Inc. YOU agree to follow all marketing Terms and Conditions as set forth by Pulsar Marketing Inc and Client Advertisers including; but not limited to, content which may or may not be permitted on link/code placement web pages or emails, approved graphics, textual content, as well as updating graphics and textual content as required to remain within marketing compliance. YOU will earn commissions only for valid consumer actions which were derived via the codes and links provided to YOU by US. For details regarding valid consumer actions, refer to the respective client advertisement. YOU agree to accept email and other correspondence from US at the email and/or physical mail address YOU provide US on YOUR Registration Form. YOU agree to keep US advised and up to date on any and all changes that may be necessary as to the information YOU had submitted on the Affiliate Registration Form. YOU agree that if YOU advise US that YOU no longer wish to receive email from US then this agreement will likewise be considered terminated and subsequently YOUR Affiliate membership will be terminated, and any earned yet unpaid commissions shall remain subject to OUR minimal payment requirements. In the event YOU have an unpaid balance which does not meet OUR minimal payment requirement, YOU shall forfeit said balance upon termination of this Agreement. YOU agree not to solicit, nor attempt to solicit, any Client Advertiser on any Pulsar Marketing Inc network for the purpose of entering into direct advertising agreements which may circumvent OUR service and the award of OUR service fee to US. YOU further agree not to entertain any solicitation which YOU may receive from any Client Advertiser on OUR network, and to report such instances within two (2) business days of receiving any such solicitation. YOU understand and agree that violations of this policy, and any violation of OUR AGREEMENT, shall result in YOUR immediate termination from any and all Pulsar Marketing Inc networks and forfeiture of any and all earned yet outstanding revenue, regardless of balance amount. YOU agree that unsolicited email (spamming) and/or other generally unacceptable forms of marketing and/or any marketing techniques, methods or approaches that are done directly or indirectly promoting OUR products and or services and are not pre-approved by US are Not Permitted. YOU agree that WE are the sole authority to determine if any unapproved marketing YOU do for US directly or indirectly is "generally unacceptable" or is considered "spamming". YOU agree that YOUR failure to follow any and all terms of this agreement allows US, at OUR sole discretion, to immediately terminate this agreement and to deny remitting to YOU or to YOUR representative any generated yet unpaid commissions. NO AFFILIATE FEES There are no fees charged to Affiliates to promote OUR Affiliate program advertisements. NON-EXCLUSIVITY Pulsar Marketing Inc does not require Affiliates to promote OUR Affiliate advertisements exclusively. Affiliates may promote OUR programs alongside those of other Affiliate networks provided such programs do not conflict with OUR website acceptability terms. AFFILIATE PAYMENTS Compensation which is earned and originating from activity received through YOUR placement of OUR advertising code or link shall be paid monthly, by the end of the month for the preceding month's earnings, provided the amount is $25 or more ($25 minimal requirement). In the event YOUR earnings are less than $25, YOUR earnings will be carried forward month-to-month until the $25 minimum is obtained. Commission totals from more than one Pulsar Marketing Inc Affiliate Network cannot be combined in order to meet the $25 minimum requirement. In order to receive commission payments from more than one Pulsar Marketing Inc Affiliate Network, YOU must generate a minimum of $25 in monthly revenue from each network. For networks in which YOU generate revenue yet fail to generate a minimum of $25 in monthly revenue, said revenue shall be carried forward month-to-month on the respective network untilYOU generate the required $25 minimum. Additionally, Affiliates with multiple Affiliate memberships at the same Pulsar Marketing Affiliate Network, cannot combine; nor transfer, commission balances from one membership to another. For commission payout amounts, refer to each Client Advertiser's compensation at the respective Pulsar Marketing Affiliate Network. In order to receive YOUR earned commissions pursuant to OUR payout schedule, the following information is necessary: U.S. Affiliates: YOU must be a U.S. citizen residing in the U.S. with a valid, physical mailing address. YOU must provide Us with a completed, signed W9 Form for each current tax year. Commission payments are rendered via a Pulsar Marketing Inc debit card or a mailed check to a physical U.S. address (not to a PO Box). Commission payments generated yet pending distribution due to YOUR not having supplied the necessary current tax form or other personal information, shall be held for a maximum of 90 days from the date of the check; or in the event of debit card payments, 90 days from the date in which the payment transfer was to occur. Affiliates who do not provide the proper tax form or other required personal information prior to the 90 day expiry shall forfeit said commission payment(s). Non-U.S. Affiliates: To claim Non-U.S. Affiliate status, YOU must either reside outside of the U.S. or be able to prove YOU do not have U.S. citizenship. YOU must provide Us with a completed, signed W8-BEN Form for each current tax year, as well as a PayPal email address which lists YOUR PayTo Name and declares YOUR PayPal account as a Verified Non-US Member. Commission payments are rendered via PayPal or a mailed check to a physical Non-U.S. address (not to a PO Box). Commission payments generated yet pending distribution due to YOUR not having supplied the necessary current tax form or other personal information, shall be held for a maximum of 90 days from the date of the check; or in the event of debit card payments, 90 days from the date in which the payment transfer was to occur. Affiliates who do not provide the proper tax form or other required personal information prior to the 90 day expiry shall forfeit said commission payment(s). NOTE: Citizenship/Residency Change: YOU cannot change any citizenship nor country of residence information after registering, joining and/or getting approved for any Pulsar Marketing Inc Affiliate Network. If YOU need to change YOUR citizenship and/or national residency, YOU must terminate YOUR existing Affiliate membership and re-join using YOUR new citizenship/residency information. Pursuant to OUR termination policy, generated yet unpaid commissions cannot be transferred from one Affiliate membership to another. Additionally, commission payments will not be forwarded from a previous declared U.S. address to a Non-U.S. address. REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES YOU represent to US that YOU have the authority to enter into this Agreement, that YOU are licensed (to the extent required by law) to do business and to carry out YOUR obligations in this Agreement, and that, to YOUR knowledge, there is nothing that would prevent or threaten YOUR ability to perform YOUR obligations in this agreement. YOU have independently evaluated the desirability of participating in the program and YOU are not relying on any representation, guarantee or assurance other than as stated in this agreement. YOU represent; to the best of YOUR knowledge and control, all consumer activity and any and all subsequent commission earnings generated through the Advertising codes and links provided to YOU by Us are valid and; in instances of application/lead form submissions, such forms were completed and submitted by the same person whose name is on the application. CHANGES WE may change, modify, add or delete any term or condition of this Agreement (collectively a "Change"), at any time and at OUR sole discretion, by emailing to YOU or by posting on OUR site the Change, effective on the date WE specify. Changes may relate to, for example, the scope or type of Commissions, the Commission payment schedule, payment procedures and Program rules. IF ANY CHANGE IS UNACCEPTABLE TO YOU, YOU MAY TERMINATE THIS AGREEMENT PURSUANT TO OUR TERMINATION POLICY. YOUR CONTINUED PARTICIPATION IN THE PROGRAM AFTERWARDS CONSTITUTES YOUR BINDING ACCEPTANCE OF THE CHANGE. WARRANTY DISCLAIMERS OUR site is provided as is, without any express or implied warranty of any kind with respect to OUR program, the links or OUR system(s), policies or procedures, including, without limitation, warranties of fitness, merchantability or non-infringement of intellectual property. In addition, WE make no representation or warranty that the operation of OUR site will be uninterrupted or error free, and WE will not be liable for any interruptions, downtime or errors. WE cannot be held liable for the accuracy of, or errors in, the reports WE use from others or from the failure of others to provide reports, although WE will make all reasonable efforts to assure such reports are accurate and timely to the best of OUR ability. WE may at any time directly or indirectly solicit new customers on terms that may differ from those in this agreement or from those in effect at the time of this agreement. WE may operate web sites that are similar to or compete with YOUR site. CONFIDENTIALITY Without prior written consent, YOU or WE will not use or share with any third party any information relating to the number, percentage or type of visitors on YOUR site that follow a link to OUR site(s) without limitation. YOU or WE will not disclose or share with any third party the amount of compensation paid to YOU under this agreement. This provision will survive termination of this agreement. INDEMNIFICATION WE agree to hold harmless YOU and YOU agree to hold harmless US from any and all loss, damage, liability, claims or causes of action in any way resulting from any acts or omissions of either US or YOU in connection with or in any way related to this agreement. This mutual indemnity shall include, but not be limited to, any loss, damage, liability, claims, or causes of action under any state or federal consumer credit laws, including but not limited to the Federal Truth in Lending Act and Equal Credit Opportunity Act. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY WE will not be liable for indirect, special or consequential damages, such as loss of revenue, profits or data, arising from or in connection with this agreement or the program, regardless of whether WE were informed or had direct or imputed knowledge of the possibility of direct, special or consequential damages. YOUR obligations in this provision will survive termination or expiration of this agreement. Except with respect to compensation payment obligations WE owe to YOU, the total aggregate liability relating to this agreement that WE will be liable for is $500.00. TERM, TERMINATION The term of this agreement is thirty (30) days from the date of its execution by both parties, and is automatically renewed monthly until terminated by YOU or by US. YOU may terminate YOUR Affiliate status at any time for any reason and without advance notice. YOU do not have to pay any fees to terminate YOUR Affiliate Status. Upon termination of this agreement all compensation paid to YOU shall immediately cease. If YOU were granted any of OUR free Affiliate services; including but not limited to, access to OUR free hosted newsletter software, free domain hosting, free credit website or debit card, those free Affiliate services shall likewise cease upon YOUR termination whether YOUR termination was by YOUR free will, by YOUR violation of OUR Terms or for any reason. In the case of OUR issued debit card, YOU may continue to hold and use the debit card but only at YOUR full expense. The indemnification and other terms that are necessary after the termination of this agreement shall survive any termination of this agreement. Pulsar Marketing Inc.; may, at Pulsar Marketing Inc's sole discretion, terminate YOU from any or all Pulsar Marketing Affiliate Networks. Common reasons for Affiliate Termination by Pulsar Marketing Inc include; but are not limited to, YOUR failure to comply with Pulsar Marketing's Terms and Conditions contained in this AGREEMENT, YOUR failure to meet the marketing Terms and Conditions as set forth by Pulsar Marketing's Client Advertisers, inability for Pulsar Marketing to contact YOU via email or telephone, vulgar/obscene correspondence; whether verbal or written, from YOU to any Pulsar Marketing Inc staff member, or failure to provide required tax information within 90 days of generating commissions. YOU agree that termination of this agreement; for any reason either by YOU or by Us, will also immediately terminate any further payments for commissions generated by YOU yet unpaid by US. In such event, any earned yet unpaid balance(s) shall be forfeited by YOU. BINDING AND SOLE AGREEMENT This agreement shall be binding upon YOU and US and to any successors and/or assignees. This agreement is the sole agreement between the parties, no prior agreements or understandings shall be effective for any reason. The waiver or failure of either party to exercise any right provided in this agreement shall not be deemed a waiver of any other rights. In the event that any portion of this agreement be declared void, unlawful or unenforceable, that portion shall be deemed stricken from this agreement and the remaining portions of this agreement shall continue in full force and effect. YOU shall comply with all United States Of America Federal, State, and Local laws. NO ASSIGNMENT YOU will not assign any aspect of this agreement to another person or entity without OUR prior written consent which will be at OUR sole discretion. GOVERNING LAW This agreement shall be construed and enforced in accordance with, and governed by, the laws of The United States Of America and or the State Of Mississippi. All causes of action between the parties shall be brought in the appropriate court in Harrison County, Mississippi. In the event of litigation, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorney fees and costs. CORRESPONDENCE All correspondence WE send to YOU, including but not limited to YOUR compensation payments, will be sent to the email address and or the mailing address YOU provided to US on the Pulsar Marketing Affiliate Program Registration Form. DIRECT ALL CORRESPONDENCE REGARDING ANY PULSAR MARKETING INC AFFILIATE NETWORK TO: Pulsar Marketing Inc., 16033 N Big Hill, Gulfport, MS 39503; or by phone to: 1-877-5PULSAR. ENTIRE AGREEMENT This agreement is the complete and entire agreement of the contract between YOU and US regarding this relationship and will not be affected by any prior written or oral agreements or assurances.
