Using the FlatFeeSpectrum network, affiliates who receive free credits from Pulsar Marketing will be able to have their links hosted on other affiliate web sites by using the free credits. This will enable affiliates to improve their inbound links and to obtain free traffic. Affiliates who receive the free credit also benefit by the non-reciprocal link nature of FlatFeeSpectrum. The selection of affiliates to receive the free credits will be based upon several factors; including but not limited to, the following: a) Volume of revenue generated. This pertains to revenue volume via any one of Pulsar Marketing's networks other than FlatFeeSpectrum. b) Priority link placement. This will enable affiliates who do not generate volume to also receive free credits, provided they have consistently given Pulsar Marketing's program links (other than FlatFeeSpectrum) priority placement on their default/index web pages with an Alexa ranking of 400,000 or better. Priority link placement is defined as: Top of page and above other offers, in a size as large; or larger than, other program links appearing on the page(s). If four or more program links are on the page, a minimum of 1/3 of program links must be from a Pulsar Marketing networks (excluding FlatFeeSpectrum). Amounts of free credits will be determined by Pulsar Marketing and may vary. Selected affiliates will receive email notices, which will state the amount of the free credits awarded. Affiliates who are awarded credits for free link hosting/traffic will be able to create their own advertisement and establish their daily payout rates to publisher affiliates. The process includes: 1) Creating the link (either using a graphic, text, or any combination) for other websites to host. 2) Decide how much per day, per web site, of their free credits to pay publisher affiliates. They can offer higher daily rates for higher ranking web sites and offer less to low ranking web sites. Pulsar Marketing provides the Alexa ranks of each publisher affiliate, and updates the ranks monthly. Afiliates who receive the free credits decide the daily rates based upon each publisher affiliate's Alexa Rank. For Example: Alexa Rank: Payout Rate 1-49,999: $10.00 50,000-99,999: $8.00 100,000-199,999: $6.00 200,000-399,999: $4.00 400,000-599,999: $3.00 600,000-799,999: $2.00 800,000-999,999: $0.75 1,000,000-1,999,999: $0.50 2,000,000-3,999,999: $0.25 4,000,000-9,999,999: $0.10 When establishing daily payout rates, affiliates will need to bear in mind that Pulsar Marketing will add an additional fee (10% per day per web site, with a 10 cent per day per web site minimum) which is also deducted from the free credits. Once Pulsar Marketing has reviewed and approved an affiliate's link advertisement and payout rates, publishers will then be able to 'subscribe' to the affiliate's link. The affiliate will need to periodically login to his/her FlatFeeSpectrum account manager to see if any publisher's have subscribed (requested) to host the advertisement link. If so, the affiliate can review each publisher web site and decide which publishers to allow to host the advertisement. Each day at a random time, our spider will scan the main/index pages of publisher sites which the affiliate authorized to host his/her ad link. If a publisher's site does not have the link placed on the main/index page, or if the publisher did not correctly install the link, the publisher is not rewarded the daily rate the affiliate specified. Our spider ensures links are placed correctly, not modified, and that the link is on the main page (not on a hidden, nor a 'links' page). Affiliates will not be obligated to continue the FlatFeeSpectrum account once the free credits are spent. Once free credits have been spent or fall below a balance needed to continue rewarding publishers and Pulsar Marketing, the account will terminate and the balance of free credits will be forfeited back to Pulsar Marketing. If; however, an affiliate desires to continue an account, the affiliate will need to remit funds to Pulsar Marketing prior to the depletion of the free credits and/or before the balance falls below the minimum needed to continue rewarding publishers and Pulsar Marketing Terms and Conditions: The free link hosting; including the balance of free credits, will expire 90 days from the date of the free credits notice sent to each selected affiliate respectively.
